Email server configuration update

Kia ora koutou, Over the past monthish, I have been working on making the email server more robust and secure, and less likely to trigger spam filters. Peter Bryant at Rimu Hosting and 25Mail.st has provided heavily discounted services to us. Today, I got stuck into configuring DKIM, SPF, and DMARC for the outgoing mail server. These things check for allowed server for sending, confirmation signing of messages, etc. Everything has been tested and is working as expected. Fingers crossed that this sorts some of the issues with people not receiving messages from us or messages being marked as spam. Ngā mihi, Rob
