“Two percent is frankly insulting. It’s not enough for our members who are struggling to get by, it’s below the cost of living, below inflation and it’s lagging behind a lot of university offers in the sector.
“We are seeing improving finances at the university, the university is now forecasting more favourable finances against their budget. Now is the time to invest in those staff that make the university work.”
