International students were an integral part of most New Zealand universities’ funding models, with Government funding and student fees failing to keep pace.

It’s against this backdrop that Massey University formally announced a new branch at Singapore’s PSB Academy, in a first-of-its kind deal. The branch would sit within PSB’s campus and would allow students from anywhere in the world to gain a Massey under-grad or master’s degree in either Singapore or New Zealand.
