Nine sites on the Palmerston North campus, four in Wellington and nine at Albany were identified in the original request for proposal document. The properties that were valued were worth $151 million.

But there have been changes. Now seven Manawatū properties and three Wellington properties are listed for possible divestment, with none in Auckland.
