Science System Advisory Group -- My Submission

I just sent in my submission. It is very simple, with only 2 basic points. The first is commit to funding the system properly now. The second, consider all the work already done in Te Ara Paerangi via the green paper submissions (with a link to them all).

I did not spend any time trying to figure out how to answer their ridiculously long list of questions in a ludicrously small number of pages.
