Back to work, slowly

It has been a bit quiet here on the community hub since the silly season started. Partly due to the season as well as not much news regards the research system. In addition, I have had a heck of a time with long COVID. Several times over the break, I tried to do the level of activity that I did in previous years, and paid for it by setting back my recovery. I am improving, with pacing myself and some medical treatment. The news postings have resumed. We have more plans in the coming months and will be looking to the community for people who can step up with governance, direction, and support. I'll post more about that later.
