Journal Article: Falling behind: postdocs in their thirties tire of putting life on hold

Same stuff is happening here. This is a full on travesty of exploitation. When people cannot plan for a future, have no long term benefits, and are expected to work long hours for which they are not properly paid, they are exploited. We should be better than this. If we are going to be, then we need to join together and work collectively.
