Hash Tags are now created automatically

We made a set of Hash Tags to get things started. You can make your own hash tag just by using one. It will then be added to the list. 

Hash tags should start with the hash (#) capitalise the first letter of the words. If you have more than two words put them together without spaces. Once there is a large set of member made tags, we will change the setting to a system of suggesting tags. This way we will avoid having many duplicated tags.
