Research Fellow at University of Auckland and associate of the Maurice Wilkins Centre. I have been heavily involved in the ECR movement for many years including chair/president roles in several ECR forums. My drive was the sheer mountain of issues ECRs faced and the inequities in being equipped to deal with this mountain. My research is in the BioMed space with my main interest being metabolic disease, which is also a pretty big mountain.
