I'm a 1st generation scholar researching ways to facilitate representational equality at all organisational levels. My work explores ways to disrupt workplaces in order to create sustainable equality. I like to use pop culture storytelling, co-designed approaches, and intersectional investigation to support inclusive learning both in the classroom and with consulting clients.
