Not sure if should be a new post or just capture thoughts below for now

Just like Wikipedia currently seems to be to the internet can we have a sovereign social media space that strives to keep all discussion especially about Aotearoa honest? Factual? Science and data and historically and culturally accurate.

Can we partner with or heavily lean on and input/volunteer to Wikipedia Aotearoa but also keep a type of local currated copy? Also adding public AoNZ sources to the copy or as well as, separately as an archive more reliable than a link (if needed)

Keep good track of political quotes from individual elected politicians and previous and current contenders.

As I write this out and read it back to myself its a gargantuan undertaking and perhaps focus on smaller steps is best unless much of this is kind of in place already.
